

We can find the T&Cs that were in place when you booked if you send me a PM with the date. They have deducted £400 + from your refund? Did they provide an explanation of the amount deducted? It seems high based on the admin fees they currently quote for cancellations but they are very cute in their T&Cs wording.

In your case Gregg I believe they've given you a refund but it wasn't the full amount that you paid over. There are many that regularly appear on these forums that were bad before the pandemic and have gotten worse if that's possible.

If you look carefully on your hotel voucher you would likely see who this was.
